Becoming an influential person is all about building credibility and trust and providing a good reason for people to actually listen to what you’re saying (and care enough to act on it). This may sound like an incredible feat, and sometimes it is, but it’s one that is made easier by using some of these great tips on how to effectively influence others.
Never forget that credibility counts
Who wants to listen to, much less be influenced by, someone who has no idea what they are talking about? Remember that credibility is key to effectively influencing people. That means you need to know what you’re talking about (or at least look like it!), be trustworthy, likable, and relatable.
Pay attention to your appearance
